What is the total duration of the Experience?
The Experience typically takes around 1.5 hours to complete, depending on the players.
Where will the Experience take place?
The Experience will be held within the various Marina Central Malls including Marina Square, Suntec City, and Millenia Walk.
Are there any restricted areas?
Players do not need to enter any shops or businesses unless specifically instructed.
Do I need to use a phone or app to play?
The Experience requires each player to have a smartphone with WhatsApp installed and internet access to receive and submit clues. There is no other app download required.
How many stations or clues are in the Experience?
There are a total of 9 clues.
What types of challenges are involved?
The Experience consists of mentally stimulating puzzles that require teamwork to solve. The only physical challenge is walking from clue to clue.
How many participants are allowed per team?
A maximum of 5 participants per team.
How do I qualify for the prize draw?
Buy a ticket, play the game between 19 July and 9 August, and complete it in full. Once verified, your entry will be entered into the draw.
How will the lucky draw be conducted?
The lucky draw will take place three days after the game ends, on Tuesday, 12 August, at 5PM.
We’ll be going live on Instagram via our IG Stories on @hiddenxp.sg, where we will use a randomiser tool to select the lucky winners. This ensures a transparent and fair selection process.

How will the winners be informed?
Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw on Tuesday, 12 August — that is, by Tuesday, 19 August.

Where can I find the results after the draw?
The list of winners will be published at HIDDEN's Instagram highlights at @hiddenxp.sg and retained there for at least 2 months after the draw.
How will the prizes be distributed?
The method of prize collection will be communicated to winners via email. Prizes must be collected within the two-week period from 19 August to 2 September. Failure to collect the prize within this timeframe will result in forfeiture, and the unclaimed prizes will be donated to a beneficiary of our choice
Can I skip clues if they are too difficult?
Hints are provided if players get stuck, and there is the option to skip a clue if required.
What is the contingency plan for bad weather?
The Experience is fully indoors so it will go on whether rain or shine.
Is there third-party liability insurance?
Yes, all participants are covered under a third-party liability insurance.
What if we get lost or need help?
Players can contact live support via WhatsApp or a help hotline.
