Experience Details
What is the total duration of the Experience?
he Experience typically takes around 1 to 1.5 hours to complete, depending on the players. For team building bookings, a hard stop can be arranged if required.
Where will the Experience take place?
The Experience will be held within Singapore Discovery Centre (SDC).
Are there any restricted areas?
During the Experience, players will be guided to solve puzzles around the permanent exhibits gallery (free admission for Singapore/Permanent residents) and the general public areas of SDC. Players do not need to enter any shops, businesses, or areas labelled out-of-bounds, unless specifically instructed.
How do I get my ticket to enter the gallery?
Free admission for Singapore/Permanent residents (no ticket required). They can flash their ID (if required) to gain access to the permanent exhibition gallery, where the Experience takes place.
Gameplay & Structure
Do I need to use a phone or app to play?
The Experience requires each player to have a smartphone with WhatsApp installed. There is no other app download required.
Do I need an active internet connection?
The Experience needs each player to have internet access to receive and submit clues. There is free Wi-Fi provided in Singapore Discovery Centre.
How many stations or clues are in the Experience?
There are a total of 11 clues, including a final mission clue. For team building bookings, teams will be sent to different starting clues for crowd control.
What types of challenges are involved?
The Experience consists of mentally stimulating puzzles that require teamwork to solve. The main physical challenge is walking from clue to clue.
How many participants are allowed per team?
The recommended maximum team size is between 5-6 players per team, but there are no strict restrictions on team sizes.
What if I need help in the game?
There is a list of help commands you can use. Type ‘Help’ in the game for the list. Hints are provided if players get stuck or lost, and there is the option to skip the clue if required.
Logistics & Safety
What is the contingency plan for bad weather?
The Experience is almost fully indoors, with 2 clues at sheltered areas outdoors, so it will not be affected by bad weather.
Is there third-party liability insurance?
Yes, all participants are covered under a third-party liability insurance.
What if we need additional help?
If anything unexpected happens or you need to reach someone, players can contact live support via WhatsApp by typing SOS or by calling a help hotline (+65 9722 7244).
Are there any age restrictions for the game?
This game can be played by all ages. However, parental guidance is advised for younger players under 16.
