Who is HIDDEN?

The HIDDEN Experience Group blends immersive storytelling with everyday tech to turn cities into playgrounds of discovery. Launched in 2022 by two childhood friends, HIDDEN was born from a shared love of heritage and a mission to make it come alive through games and technology.

Using just your phone, HIDDEN’s self-guided, location-based experiences lead you through vibrant streets, cultural gems, and iconic landmarks, all while unveiling secrets, surprises, and stories hidden in plain sight.

Whether you’re a local seeing your city through fresh eyes or a visitor hoping to go beyond the guidebooks, HIDDEN lets you explore at your own pace - solo or with friends.

No tour guides. Just you, your surroundings and stories waiting to be uncovered.

What is the total duration of the Experience?

The Experience typically takes around 1.5 to 2 hours to complete, depending on the players.

Where will the Experience take place?

The Experience will be held around the Chinatown area.

Are there any restricted areas?

Players do not need to enter any shops, businesses, or areas labelled out-of-bounds, unless specifically instructed.

Gameplay & Structure

Do I need to use a phone or app to play?

The Experience requires each player to have a smartphone with WhatsApp installed. There is no other app download required.

Do I need an active internet connection?

The Experience needs each player to have internet access to receive and submit clues.

How many stations or clues are in the Experience?

There are a total of 12 clues throughout the experience.

What types of challenges are involved?

The Experience consists of mentally stimulating puzzles that require teamwork to solve. The main physical challenge is walking from clue to clue.

How many participants are allowed per team?

You can play solo, but we recommend a team size of 2–5 participants for the best experience. Larger or smaller teams are allowed. Each participant requires their own ticket.

What if I need help in the game?

There is a list of help commands you can use. Type ‘Help’ in the game for the list. Hints are provided if players get stuck or lost, and there is the option to skip the clue if required.

What is the contingency plan for bad weather?

The Experience is fully outdoors, so be sure to bring an umbrella(s) for this experience.

Is there third-party liability insurance?

Yes, all participants are covered under a third-party liability insurance.

What if we need additional help?

If anything unexpected happens or you need to reach someone, players can contact live support via WhatsApp by typing SOS or by calling a help hotline (+65 9722 7244).

Are there any age restrictions for the game?

This game can be played by all ages.
