Terms and Conditions
1. Referral Reward
For each successful referral, the referrer will receive 10% of the total amount paid credited to their mobile phone number via PayNow or PayLah! The referred individual must use the referrer's coupon code during checkout for the referrer to be eligible for the reward.
2. Claiming the Reward
Rewards will be credited to the referrer's account within 5 working days of the referred individual's qualifying action.
3. Limitations
There is no limit for referrals per customer.
4. Termination
Hidden Singapore reserves the right to terminate or change the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
5. Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral scheme, including creating multiple accounts or referring oneself, will result in immediate disqualification from the scheme and may result in account suspension.
6. Privacy
Personal information collected during the referral process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disputes
Any disputes arising out of this referral scheme will be resolved by Hidden Singapore at its sole discretion.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
9. Acceptance
By participating in the referral scheme, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. Exclusions
The referral scheme and associated referral discount does not apply to corporate games and events.
